- Kevin and Fred are great! They were very up front about everything, and when Fred came to the house, he spent plenty of time with me to explain absolutely everything about what our problem was, and how they were treating it. He reassured me about the length of time it would take to finish, and assured me that if it did not work, they would come back free of charge.
