Description Of Work: Got rid of the basement mice completely. Returned 2x to make sure they were gone and did not return. We have a dog and would not allow poison to be used, so Kevin used snap traps and did the job that way. Took more time, and was very effective. He is a top professional and owner of the business and does the work himself. I recommended him to several neighbors, who used his services and were well pleased with his work.

Description Of Work: Kevin came out and did a full inspection of the house and gave me a detailed procedure of what he would do to exterminate the bugs in our home. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He sprayed inside and outside the house thoroughly. His services included the initial treatment, plus a follow up treatment 3 weeks later and the work is guaranteed for 6 months.

I called frantic about my bug issue and he came out on the day and time I request. He was ON-TIME!!! That's huge in my book!! His application is very thorough, but do not cross contaminate his products with other products like RAID if you are still seeing bugs after a few days of his application. His stuff works it just needs time to do the trick. I made that mistake after the first application and had Kevin come back sooner than the designated 3 weeks to re-spray. He's been to the house 3 times in total to spray....and really the 3rd time was more for good measure and my peace of mind. However, if I need him to come back, he certainly will. His loyalty and professionalism is what will make him my first call any time I have a pest issue in my home

Description Of Work: Inspect and ascertain source of visible mouse droppings and tenants’ claim of wasps/bees around the rental property.
Member Comments: Kevin is very professional, honest and straightforward about what needs to be done. We had just rented our rental home to a family who, upon move-in, found mouse droppings in the attic, in the garage, and in the kitchen cabinets. (The previous tenants never complained of mice so we had no idea.) The tenants also informed us of multiple wasp/bee nests and active wasps/bees around the outside of the home and that they felt there were roaches inside the home. Kevin came out, went through the home top to bottom and was able to honestly advise us of the size of the mouse infestation, the amount of bee/wasp nests present and that he saw no evidence of roaches. He then gave us options for treating both the inside mouse issue and the outside wasp/bee issue plus that he saw evidence of carpenter ants on the exterior of the home. We had him treat inside for mice, which he did in a 3-step process, requiring two further visits to the home, and treat the exterior for the wasps/bees and carpenter ants. He was honest, straightforward about what did and did not need to be done and he also advised our tenants about the correct way to store garbage (inside the garage, not outside) so that animals could not get to it. He called to say what he was going to do and what the charges were before he did them, and he respected and understood our request that we be the deciding party as the landlord. We hope to never have to use him again for mice but will definitely use him for yearly or every-other-year exterior treatment as necessary!
